SERVICE MAKES ME WANT TO VOMIT
THIS HAS TO BE THE MOST PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A FINANCIAL SERVICE COMPANY. ONE CANNOT GET THROUGH TO THE CLIENT SERVICE CENTRE. I EVENTUALLY WENT TO THEIR OFFICES IN MELROSE ARCH IN DESPERATION ONLY TO FIND THAT IT'S A CONSTRUCTION SITE. A NOTICE BOARD GIVING ALL THE CONTACT INFO WAS UP...... THE COMPANY DOESNT REPLAY TO ANYTHING.
