Their service is absolutely terrible. I have been trying to withdraw funds since the 24th of February. I called to find out the status of my withdrawal only to be told that my money had been deposited into a different bank account to the one I had stated on my repurchase form and it is also (to my knowledge) not my bank account. Absolutely shocking. The people I have spoken to on the call help desk have been helpful, and have tried to assist me with what information they are given, but I suspect the problem may be higher up. Do not ever invest your money here. You have to fight to get it back.
