Ridiculously slow customer service.

I have been waiting for weeks for Sasfin to help me update my account details so I can access their online system. When I call customer service, they tell me my details are updated already, it should just take a few days for the system to reset. It's been more than a few days.

I try emailing. They tell me I must update my FICA information. I send the form with my details, and asked if that's why my account details haven't been updated (because the email from their customer service seems to be a generic response to not being able to access the account). No response. Send another email. No response.

Send client services an email and forward my new details. They say this is not a place for instructions. It's honestly getting ridiculous now. Possibly the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Can't wait to close my account after this logistical nightmare.

I am genuinely considering my legal options at this point.

Now I get an email ( nearly 3 weeks later) from the original thread saying my ID copy must be signed 3 times (mentioned NOWHERE in the original document). I have sent my information possibly 4 or 5 times and still there "no evidence on the system".

Sasfin's gross incompetence is preventing me from accessing funds LEGALLY in my name. Genuinely disgraceful behaviour, and they should not be allowed to operate like this.

I need access to my funds, and Sasfin is preventing this. It should have been sorted as soon as I made contact here. Here we are, a week later, with no resolution.
