REALLY? Cannot read-emails/attachments

I am truly baffled by by how people can trust this company with their hard earned money.

i received documents a while back, indicating unit trusts in my name form a company integrated into stanlib.

I scanned these documents and sent it to the contact center to try and assist ( thinking it would be useful as all the info is the available to whoever is helping)

Oh i was dead wrong......

1st reply i understand (3days later) - asking for ID - sent ID

2nd reply - (5days after 1st) - asking for acc no - this was avail in attachment sent

3rd and final reply( 3 days after 2nd ) - asking for ID - REALLY?

soooo, I am 11 days in, and have nothing to show for it.

Please stay away from investments, and dear consumers i urge you to do some homework before choosing your investor house.
