PRICE USE TO PROCESS REDEMPTION
I have emailed my instruction for Full Redemption on 10th December 2015. Thereafter, I have send an email on 22 December 2015 with regards to payment not received. The only response was the automated responses. <br> My bank account was only credited on the 24th December 2014, and based on the amount, I've send another email for a detailed statement to ascertain which day's price was used for the calculation of my final instruction.<br> <br> I would have expected the calculation to be based on the price of the 11th, 538.40, and not as per online report of the 15th, of 501.45. My instruction was received by yourselves before cutoff time, for the price of the 11th December 2015.<br> <br> Could I urgently get some feedback to finally close this investment saga? Just a late note so that our Hellopeter followers can know that we took your complaint in a serious light. We did address the matter with you personally and explained the pricing structure of particular matured endowment product in which you were invested.
As noted in our direct correspondence with you, the valuation calculations did match the transaction times.
It is always best to query where there does not seem to be clear communication between administrator and investor - we prefer to assist our investors to get a clear understanding of all transactions on their investments.
