Poor service unreliable
Wow! I am actually shocked at how Stanlib handles their customer, the service is beyond pathetic. To even think that you guys are associated with Liberty a company that has excellent customer service then this Stanlib a comple wrong turn. I don't know how many times will it take for you guys to get this one thing right.
I sent an email no rep**** called in to your call center was told the issue will be resolved in 24hrs to 48hr its been weeks and I'm still waiting. How difficult can it be to activate one's online profile?
