Poor Service
On the 30th day of October 2017 I e-mailed redemption instruction for the Classic Investment Plan: IP ********** to ********** On the 4th day of November 2017 I emailed a query to ********** . I actually wanted a progress, and I was rep**** by Sedzani Dombo. He asked me to resend the instruction as there was IS redemption form received associated to Classic Investment Plan. On the 4th day of November 2017, redemption instruction was resent back to ********** I have been waiting for over 7 working days now. It means if I did not query I would be still in limbo. Could I urgently get a feedback on this matter. Thank you.

Payment was released on Friday afternoon. Please let me know if you have any other enquiries you would like to put to us.
Remember that if you wish to reinvest, all you will need to do is complete an Add-Hoc investment Application form, quoting your Classic Investment Plan number and indicate to what fund portfolios you would like to split your new investment capital. To choose these you can find a brochure on our website (www.stanlib.com) listing all the funds available on the STANLIB LISP platform - you can choose STANLIB portfolios and balance these with portfolios from other asset managers, such as Investec or Coronation. Just get assistance from your financial advisor if you are unsure what balance would suit your risk profile.
