Poor service
My late husband S. Lee ID *** made an investment (case number ***8) with Stanlib on January 28 2015. The investment was confirmed by Sandiswa Langa via e-mail on March 09 2015. All documentation regarding his death was send to her on March 13.<br> For the administration of his estate the Master of the High Court requires proof of such investment. I have been trying to obtain this (the latest statement) from Sandiswa Langa since June 30 2015 and after each e-mail send to her, i only receives Auto Notifications from [Email Removed] saying that they will respond within 24 hours, which never happens! <br> <br> Regards<br> Sheila Elizabeth Diamond Lee<br> *** / ***

Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention this last Sunday. We did have a small administrative issue where the documents that you had sent to STANLIB were archived against the original case of early this year - and not investigated. We do apologise for this delay in responding to you.
We have explained that we can only take instruction from or release information to the Executor once we receive the letter of Executorship issued by the High Court. This is the person who is appointed to represent the deceased by the High Court. The Executor should be approached should you wish to obtain more information on the investment.
