Poor customer service on withdrawal

Worst experience with customer service and empty promises on entity withdrawal. Been struggling for weeks with a very straight forward payout. It seems like Stanlib is deliberately delaying the payout with endless back and forth shenanigans. Payout promised on three different dates and still nothing. Might be that I’m confusing malice with incompetence… who knows?
