Poor Administration

The admin at Stanlib needs serious attention. My wife passed away 4 years ago after which several attempts were made to change the beneficiary on my investment. Sever e-mails, forms completed by myself and my Broker and it is still not done! I am again requested to complete change requests. This is no funny anymore, just unacceptable and by this time I am quite “gatvol” for Stanlib
