I'm so disappointed With the service I got from Stanlib,I have been trying to submit a death claim since June this year,when I finally do I'm the one who has to call or email them all the time to ask for feedback, a Lady named Yoliswa Mhlongo was supposed to handle the case,and now every time I call the call centre she's no where to be found,I have sent more than 6 emails asking for feedback and no one has bothered to get back to me.

Yoliswa Mhlongo is following the process for retirement fund death claims. The details of your family claims to your late father's retirement benefit have been submitted for review. The Trustees of the Classic Preservation Pension Plan will consider all the documents you have submitted and the facts of potential dependency and will revert back to STANLIB as soon as they are satisfied that they have reached a fair determination. STANLIB will then issue letters detailing the decision of the Trustees.
Please understand that we have independent Trustees to ensure that the member rights are protected and that there is no influence from the administrator on the Board of Trustees decision making.
If the Trustees do not request any additional information, you should get a decision within the next two weeks.
