Pension

Stanlib is a **** im not a client personally but I'm speaking on behalf of my parents who were misadvised by their advisor when they made an investment after they took out their pension. She did not explain the terms and conditions of the investment properly as they are elderly people who people who bilieve they were doing the right by keeping their money safe. She told them they can access their funds whenever they needed to, when they wanted some of their money like they were advised they were told something told different to what they were told by their advisor from liberty. My parents are retired and have no access to their pension as everything they planned to do after retirement is on hold. I do not advise anyone to invest or even use liberty at all. The advisor was very very rude and has no customer service at all.
