Pathetic service
Just about given up with Stanlib. OTP never comes through. Hold on for 10 minutes. If you are experiencing high call volumes, employ more staff. Sent email to which they will respond within 24hours. 4 days later, still no contact. And please don't keep posting that generic reply.
