Pathetic communication

So I have been trying to update my beneficiaries on my 2 linked investments for years now. Trying to contact Stanlib or my financial adviser yields no results through your comms channels.

My portfolio with Stanlib consists of 2 linked investments and have been through the hands of 2 advisors/brokers from Liberty Life, the 1st(Eric Procter) who was assigned by my employer at that time, and the 2nd(Deirdre Geyser) which I am assuming was sold/transfered as a book when Eric retired.

Problem is I cannot get to the right person/department within Stanlib, neither do I have contact with the financial adviser assigned to my portfolio(listed on my statements), I also see Deirdre is not working at Liberty anymore(1+ year now) and the contact details there(Email & Tel) does not work. Yet she is still my adviser?

They are happy to deduct financial adviser services fees, but you cannot get a hold of the person...

I need someone to urgently contact me to update my beneficiaries on my investments, I am done waiting
