The Stanlib service is so shocking, can I give a zero star rating? I'm trying to access my account and can't access my own Unite Trusts at all, so I can't even follow if they dropping or raising. I have been trying for months and have about 5 cases open which are not being solved, helpline asks me to mail, e-mail response asks me to call the help line, nobody is helping me or taking any responsibility. This is shocking!!!! I CAN"T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT!! I have explained the situation over and don't everything they have asked and still nothing. This is also wasting my precious time and energy. Kgothatso Mojela, Thandiwe Mateza, Moloto Kamogelo these are a few names of the people who are NOT helping me and now not even responding any more.
