Not worth being a valued customer

For the last five weeks I am trying to get hold of STANLIB call centre or advisers. I have send numerous e-mails just to be answered with aoutomated E-mail that my query will be handled in 24Hr. Which of course never happend. When you phone any one of their offices or numbers advertise on their website you are answered with another automated message.

NO WHERE does it give you the option to speak to a consultant or adviser. I know the little money I have invested is maybe not worth their while to see me as a client. If that is the case please just pay out my money so I can take it somewhere else where I am valued as a client no matter how small my investment.
