Non responsive company
<p>I have not received any statements for 2 months.</p> <p>I cannot register on the website, it seems broken.</p> <p>The call centre does not answer the phone enven after 40 minutes of holding. I gave up.</p> <p>They do not reply to emails (even though the automatic response says you will be attended to within 24 hours) </p> <p>Are they even operating anymore?</p>

We appreciate your giving us the opportunity to understand the issues you have faced in trying to communicate with STANLIB. Please accept our sincere apologies for not answering our calls in the time that would be deemed normal. We are working hard to get over the few technical hurdles we have encountered and will try to normalise our response time as quickly as possible.
Statement are running at present and should be distributed to all investors by e-mail by mid-week – we have arranged for a copy to be sent to you.
We have also asked our Online specialist to contact you and assist you in navigating the secure Online site.
Do let me know if there is any additional information you may require.
