No service

No service .... I am trying to contact STANLIB now from January 2020 and you just do not get hold of any one, they have a so called contact number which no one ever answer. I have send emails to they contact center but also no response. They say you can register online and I have tried, but also failure. The only thing I need is a Statement, can someone from Stanlib please call me or assist me. I have no idea what to do...
