No response whatsoever from STANLIB

On 13 March 2020, my standard bank financial advisor submitted a unit trust repurchase form on my behalf. I wanted to be assured that the investment yield reflecting in my account would be paid out without any further reduction. We called the Stanlib and a consultant that assisted us guaranteed that "yes" the amount would be paid out according to my latest statement. The form had already been submitted at this stage. A week later, the investment I received had reduced to by large amount. I immediately contacted my financial advisor to fix this. However, only a proportion of the amount that was due to me was paid. I sent an email again, requesting that the full outstanding amount be deposited. I even sent an online complaint on their website and called numerous times, without success. I am disgruntled by this lack of service.
