No one to service their customers

I have been trying for 2 weeks already to withdraw funds from my investment account , i have tried to email Stanlib i tried going into a branch i tried a call centre , i keep getting emails from different people requesting the same documents . i sent the documents through multiple times and still no one can help me . Absolutely pathetic customer service . there is no one i can speak to and all they do is blame corona for there poor service . I need the funds as a matter of urgency . Can someone at Stanlib just do their work and service customers
