NO ONE RESPONDS to emails or ANSWERS PHONE

Stanlib call centre number is never answered. I have held on now for 3 days, the longest call was 15minutes and then i got cut off. I have sent 3 x complaints via their website, with no response. I have sent ywo emails and I have also send requests online using their online "Stan" virtual assistant who says he will send on my message and get someone to call me. What do i do now??????????????????????

This is clearly another automated response that fails. Still nobody has called me this is ridiculous! How do I speak to a person at Stanlib that can assist with a querie?
