No humanity or respect for deceased

Previous reviews refers, I placed two previous reviews with regard to deliberate delays from STANLIB to finalize the death claim of my mother Mrs SA Buitendag, whom are in a avbob mortuary since 25 August, I am the beneficiary of her pension investment and unfortunately the funds STANLIB is reluctant to release are the only funds I can use to bury my mother, STANLIB just don't give any feedback or indicate whom is the decision makers delaying the payment, and its not like it is stanlibs money it's money my mother worked for
