no help at all 3 years long
For 3 years I tried to change my address at Stanlib investment and for all that time they could not find my stuff and mostly did not respond. Today at last I got hold of them and they want a signed I'd and proove of address witch I did copy and signed and stamped by police still he don't wanr except this documents, he does not make any sence to me, all I want is tp pay money in the investment and its like they blind.

Thank you for bringing this to our immediate attention. I am not sure about the records for 3 years but we did create a case for your approach to us on 21 September. STANLIB has delayed the issue of changing your e-mail details on your daughter's account by insisting on a signed instruction. However, we have wavered this as you have provided a certified copy of your ID book with specimen signature.
I do apologise on behalf of STANLIB for causing you distress and can assure you that it was intended to protect your daughter's account.
Our Retail office has now changed the e-mail detail to reflect your new address. Please feel free to go to our website for any forms required or to find further investment information, such as performance, pricing or just the fund fact sheets.
