No customer service

Customer service is non existent. Called and they were unfriendly and unhelpful. But ok, I was given an email address to send my query/documents to. I did, repeatedly, and I've just been ignored, on such an important matter. For months now I'm stuck and don't know what to do because these people are just not interested in assisting.
