No communication, where is my investment?

On 13 June they debited my cheque account with R30000 per my authority to invest this in a Tax-free savings

account. To date ,despite a number of emails I've had no confirmation/communication re the investment. I also requested that this investment be added to my existing online profile to enable me to view it but this instruction has been ignored.

Hello Temash,
We really appreciate your bringing this issue to our attention. Your investment was placed on 13 June 2016 (as confirmed in today's e-mail to you) and notification was sent out by SMS that day. However, in capturing your cell number we had inadvertently misread one of the digits. This will be fixed immediately and you will receive all messages going forwards - we do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
We will also check to see that your new Tax-Free savings investment is connected to your existing Online profile. Please allow a day for this - our team will be in contact with you directly.
We look forward to assisting you in creating your future wealth.
Warm regards
Barbara Egan, on behalf of the STANLIB team.
