No Assistance when Asked for
Despite numerous emails to Stanlib, no response seems to be the order of the day. I received an email from Stanlib, telling me that they are going to merge 2 of their Unit Trust Portfolios. I rep**** and voted yes. I asked a simple question - will the 2 monthly redemptions that I have on the 2 accounts be consolidated into 1 monthly redemption? Simple enough, so I thought. I may have been asking for a miracle to happen as I still have no answer. I also asked for detailed procedures on how to change my monthly redemptions on line as I am a registered user. No reply. What is so difficult? Maybe I will get a reply, but I doubt it as nobody seems to care anymore.
