Don't bother to ask for assistance on their Contact Us messaging service. You will just waste your time and get a useless reply that is sent to you repetitively until you block the sending email address. For example I asked for help to fill in an additional investment form. The only answer I received was that they can send me a statement. I received this message from Ipeleng Motene <***> about 20 times until I blocked the email address.
