MOST DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE WITH STANLIB
The turnaround time of the transaction was 2 - 3 days. 10 days later, after initiating the transaction with Stanlib, nothing had happened. They have made us jump through every hoop possible. I have never, ever dealt with so many *********** staff on the phones. And I would like my call now to get investigated. The lady would not help us. She refused to give us her name. And she just put us on hold without talking to us, until we put the phone down or I completed the survey, which I did. Out of 10, with 0 being the worst rating, I assigned 0, 0 and 1. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BY STANLIB.

When calling Stanlib now, they again confirmed the process is required to take 2 - 3 days.
After speaking to the telephone agent for about a minute, I was put on hold, before the call was resolved.
I was then put on hold to do they survey of an incomplete call.
A few seconds into the survey, they call dropped.
And nobody called me back.
**********, disgusting 12 days of incompetence.
When calling Stanlib now, they again confirmed the process is required to take 2 - 3 days.
