most appaling service ever received

<p>So immediately after posting my complaint on Hello Peter, i received a call from Barbara Eagon from Complaints who was rather very polite and promised to send some very useful information and sadly - as always ........ under delivered. About 2 weeks later i received a call from Asief who also promised to deliver but seemed unprepared to speak to me. He received a call while i was explaining my query to him and promised to call me back........ a week and a half later......... still waiting.</p> <p>Stanlib CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TAKE ME SERIOUSLY, I'M REALLY TIRED OF HAVING TO EXPLAIN MYSELF AND 8 MONTHS LATER.......
