LUDICROUS
Stanlib - Is this an April's fool joke. re Received a call from one of your consultants today. The call is ludicrous to say the least. The scenario is: I have been investing in UT for my 2 children for 20+years. Stanlib processes a debit order on MY account and takes MY money every month as MY signature initiated the process. Both children are now older than 21 years. I want to cancel this investment debit order . Stanlib now informs me I need THEIR PERMISSION to cancel MY debit order....what are you smoking...in the meantime you continue to deduct MY money AGAINST my wishes
