<p>I have lost all trust! Over a month ago I requested to cancel my policy and was informed that whatever that's available will be paid in 45 days (7/7/2017). Clearly the little that I have there was too insignificant for this company hence they keep giving me the run around to pay out. This is now starting to feel that I trusted a ponzi scheme hence all false promises to pay out my claim. I called numerous times - reference ********** 1 and all I get is, you have been paid, check your statement as you are banking with bidvest. Can someone please explain what's going on, it's Damn annoying to keep running after *****.</p>

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our immediate attention. The final repurchase transaction of R490 was processed and paid on 11 July 2017. The reason for the delay between your original instruction and the date of processing the transaction ( 10 July 2017) was due to the amount being sourced from a debit order which was uncleared until 10/07/2017.
I have e-mailed you an encrypted statement detailing your transactions for this year. Your investment was held in the STANLIB Equity Fund A, an aggressive unit trust portfolio. You have not had the benefit of growth on the investment as the portfolio is structured for medium to long term investments,
Please be assured that we treat all our investors as important, as without our having repeat investors, STANLIB would not have the stable and progressive investment environment which our customers enjoy.
