Late Estate Vehicle Finance

Standard Bank Finance has given me the worst services have ever expected from them. I paid up my late husband ' s vehicle that was financed by them and I have been requesting a paid up letter from them for more than 3 months and they always promise to send to this day I hev never received. I am so disappointed with them.
