Late Estate

Absolutely terrible services!! We have been trying get our late grandmother's estate released since 2020. We got letter of authority from Masters high court and submitted the claim forms. Got a response from them saying we would need to appoint an executor (lawyer) since the amount was above 250k. We got an executor to handle all the administration and submitted everything to Stanlib. When we enquired when are they releasing payment their response was that on their system it's showing there's two letters of authority and we should sort it out with Master's. Master's told us that automatically the first letter of authority becomes invalid once the second letter has been issued. Now the most frustrating thing is Stanlib doesn't want to confirm with Master's that the second letter of executor is the valid one. Master's telling us that they can't contact Stanlib since they are the one seeking confirmation. Everytime when we contact Stanlib we get a different agent to assist us and have to explain the same thing over over again, we get the same response saying their system is showing two letters of authority. Why can't they have their agents assigned to client cases so that it's easier for us when contacting them to ask for Mr X to update us on the progress of the application and why are they refusing to contact Master's? I've had it with Stanlib!!!
