Late brother investments

Hi I really need advise

I have a brother who invested money at Stanlib then he passed away before cashed out his investment from 2014 So I decided to claim that money we went to standard bank Jabulani mall on the 8 may 2024 they just took all the documents needed for the claim and they said the financial advisor will call us without even showing us the balance and told us they can't assist us the financial advisor Mr T Tleane will call us back because that's his financial advisor

Please assist as we need to know what's happening with our claim
