Lack of response and concrete feedback

In early January 2015, we had approached Tshepo Mahwai of StanLib with the idea of opening a Unit trust for a social group. We sat down at his desk and he took us through options available and one of the three signatories to the social group also filled out a form. Since then nothing much happened nor any feedback provided on the status of the application. Sometime in April/May the three signatories had to email him ID copies. Now yesterday the signatories had to send their copies of IDs again, with each signatory's three signature on the ID copy. I find it appalling that it has been 8 months and still nothing concrete has occurred. As a group we readily have a lump sum to invest via unit trust since January but to date nothing has happened. This is unacceptable in so many levels.
