I've logged 3 requests for service with stanlib at the time of writing this complaint

I used to be able to view my unit trusts on the stanlib portal. I made the mistake of asking stanlib to add my offs**** product to the web portal so I could view everything from one place. Not only have they not added my offs**** product but they've also removed the existing unit trust product I could see.
