IP*** / No sms with no reference number?

I submitted the 16th July 2019 withdrawal forms to *** in the morning. I got an automated response from them that they had received my withdrawal forms. I am disappointed that I was not provided an sms notification with no reference number. Is there a reason to why I wasn't provided an sms notification - including a reference number to my cell number ***? I would need an explanation from you, Stanlib.
