Incorrect documents issued repeatedly

We have been trying to get tax certificates from Stanlib for the past two weeks, telephonically (on hold for ages!!!!) and online. Every time we are issued with the incorrect certificates and no-one seems to know how to fix the probem. We are thinking of moving all ouer investments (4 accounts!) to another company.
