Inappropriate advise
I bought retirement investment with stanlib, The financial advisor never conducted risk analysis and never provided records of advise, she never declared her qualifications. I report the matter with Fiasombudsm but it almost year now without a solution. The financial advisor did not even consider to keep the investment with the previous company as she only wanted to gain commission from my retirement investment . The advise was inappropriate has it was never compared to other investments .
