Impossible to Stop Debit Order

There is no way to contact STANLIB. If you phone them then they keep you on hold indefinitely. If you use the contact form on their website then they don't contact you.

How am I supposed to stop a debit order to a tax free savings account?

The financial adviser who I signed up with has resigned so can't contact him. It's such a backwards way to do things.

I would not recommend that anyone sign up with STANLIB. There is no customer service.
