How to turn away customers!

I've been trying to resolve my Logon\Registration to the Stanlib Portal for now over a month with no success, I called the help desk, sent emails to support. When calling in I've been told its simple just register online. But still I have not been able to logon. When I try and re-register I get a alert that my ID has been Registered. When I try reset password nothing happens!!!

And I've used Stanlib in the past, suggestion would be to rather invest in another company!
