How does one get hold of Stanlib?

I am desperate to get hold of Stanlib to acquire my tax certificate which was not emailed this year. I have emailed repeatedly. I have tried online help....it will not accept my password, tried to change my password, I didn't receive the OTP on my cell phone. Tried to phone, I am still waiting after 55 mins!! What else can I try??!!
