Horrible service !!!

Honestly I’m just so numb at this point , I’ve been going back and forth with this for 3 years !!!!!! I’m so frustrated. My mom passed on in 2018 already and my dad and I went to stanlib as she had an investment there . I’m still waiting for the funds to be released till today , I’ve provided every document they need , Everytime I speak to the consultant I’m being told they will pay out by the end of the week . Please resolve this matter !!!!
