Hopeless online service

Hopeless online self-service portal. cannot decipher how to register. I am forced to call their call centre, who explain how I must impersonate an advisor to register. and how to make sense of the stupid technical questions and nonsensical options. Then the promised activate-email arrives but the link simply does not work (goes nowhere). Hopeless. Utterly hopeless.
