We have submitted a change of banking detail in our profile for the past two weeks when we call they keep telling us it’s with the processing department.can we please have customer service.

25 Feb 2021, 19:17Hi nothing was fixed they sent us an sms saying our matter has been resolved we should go into our online nothing or no banking account was added.
When we call they keep telling us they have sent another request to add banking details.
