Funds missing Stanlib

I invested R900 000 June 2020 with stanlib and my financial advisor is a guy by the name of Joseph Dingane Mpangane. From the start he deducted R30 000 saying it's for commission. Throughout the past 2 years he has never contacted me just to give updates. I made a withdrawal January 2021 and the money seemed to be on a positive increase. In November of the same year I called the call center to find out progress as I never even received any statements.The money was fluctuating I make an appointment with the advisor to find out the reason for this and he tells me that I shouldn't be complaining as other people loose millions. He was rude and took me numerous visits to the bank to try set up a meeting with him. He can't explain to me the drop in the funds and what type of investment this is,as I didn't expect to loose my initial capital. This guy is rude and doesn't know and care about his job. His supposed to protect our investment but once he gets his commission he doesn't care. I was advised by Mr Mpangane last week to leave the funds and they will increase in June. This man needs re training in products and customer service. I since withdrew all the funds and am looking to invest elsewhere, as Stanlib doesn't train their staff well
