Fed up with Stanlib

<p>I app**** for a repurchase from my investment last month, was told on the day of the release that my Standard bank account is no longer active, I didnt have a problem with that and I went and opened a new account with Absa, got the sms that my new account was received, a week later I did not get anything and decided to go into the Standard bank branch, to my suprise the money was apparently released into the non active account, what ****es me is that I received an sms that the Std bank was no longer active yet the money is released on that account hiw is that possible, the worst part is that I did submit the new active. Absa account for the money to be released on, have been going to different branches and no one seems to help, this is super inconveniencing as I had plans, I wish someone in their right mind can tell me whats happening.</p>
