Failure to resolve a basic issue
Hi there
I have been battling with Stanlib for a long time to simply log into my account!!! Please can this be resolved for once!!!
When I opened an account with Stanlib, the capturer incorrectly captured my email address. Because my email address has been incorrectly captured I cannot log into my account and i have no idea as to how my investment is performing!
This is completely unacceptable!
Please sort this out ASAP!!!!!!!
