Estate Late - No interest to resolve

Winding up an estate late account with Stanlib, all they seem to do is delay the process, come with new requirements and be completely unreasonable. No interest in resolving the issue, only in holding onto your money.

Dealing with people is like dealing with robots and their expectation of a 70 year old widow is beyond insane.
