Estate Division

My Mum passed-on on 18/01/2021, i went to claim her money at the Brach in Pretoria. The lady was very assistive i got all the information they need from; death certificate, ID, letter from the mortuary, letter of authority from the High Court. That was emailed to deceased Estate on 02/02/2021. When I enquired the telephone kept ringing no answer. Until on 02/03/2021 finally I got hold of one lady she said the that i need to resend the document as nothing was done, I resend them on 08/03/2021 their turnaround time was 7 days then i called after 3 hours of waiting the call was answered that I need to send to certify the documents nut not in the township police station or are in the rural village one but only in town (for all intens and purpose what that meant). I did that so that i can get the money to defray the funeral expenses. i am still waiting the phones go unanswered. The deceased estate division at Standard Bank is a disaster. The was a guy Thabo who was really assisting but the other ladoes proffesioanlism went out of the window. I will take my money from Statndard Bank before i die if this is the service people with encounter when i have depatered this world (They don't trust black manned police station)...
